Duties include:
- Issuing and collecting terms of business
- Undertaking anti-money laundering and ID checks
- Drafting and creating property brochures
- Listing of properties on various property websites
- Creating social media posts and content
- Instructing home reports and photographer appointments
- Handling phone, email and in-person enquiries
- General tasks and support to the wider Estate Agency team
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses first class IT, computer and telephone skills, have an excellent work ethic, familiarity with social media channels, willingness to feature in occasional social media posts, a friendly nature and a genuine passion for helping people. In-house training and brand guidance will be given.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexibility for holiday cover. Eventual Saturday working from home 9 -12 on a rota basis (currently 1 in 4) and paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000 commensurate with skills and experience plus very attractive monthly and annual bonus incentives.
