Reflecting on a Record-Breaking Year
As we turn the page on a standout year for the team, I'm thrilled to share the highlights of what was a truly remarkable 2024 for Possible. From record-breaking milestones to industry recognition, this year has been a testament to the team’s dedication, expertise, and passion for helping our clients achieve their own life goals.
Record-Breaking Sales
Last year, we reached over 300 sales in a single year for the very first time – an incredible achievement that reflects the trust our clients place in us and the hard work of our exceptional team.
We also celebrated a significant milestone as a business by surpassing 1,000 sales agreed since our launch in 2020. Reaching this landmark in just four years underscores the growth of our brand, our values and our commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Growing Our Market Share
Our focus on providing exceptional service and results also saw us grow our market share within the higher-value property sector of over £400,000, where we ranked second only to Savills throughout the year for sales agreed.
Additionally, we finished 2024 as the overall top-selling estate agent in Perthshire, solidifying our position as one of the market leaders across the region.
A Year of Exceptional Achievements
We were proud to handle our highest-ever value sale, achieving over £850,000 for a stunning property.
Our modern approach to property marketing, innovation and client engagement was recognised on a larger stage when we were awarded ‘Excellence in Digital Media’ by the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce. This award highlights our commitment to embracing modern tools and strategies to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We are also delighted to have maintained our Gold Rating within the Best Estate Agent Guide, the highest accolade in this nationally recognised award. It’s a real honour to be consistently ranked among the very best estate agents in the UK.
A Hollywood Moment for the Team
2024 wasn’t just about breaking records – it came with a bit of Hollywood sparkle too! To celebrate some key milestones, the team was thrilled to receive some words of wisdom from Netflix superstar Amanza Smith of Selling Sunset fame.
While Amanza might be more accustomed to million-dollar mansions in the Hollywood Hills, we reckon she’d be equally impressed with the charm of a stone-built farmhouse in Perthshire (though she might need a sturdier pair of shoes for viewings here). Her words of encouragement brought some LA glitz to our Scottish roots – a fun and memorable treat for the whole team.
Investing in Growth and Excellence
At the heart of our success is our exceptional team, whose dedication and professionalism have been central to everything we’ve accomplished. We invested in a new staff training and development programme, ensuring that our team remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
Their hard work and commitment led to several record-breaking months, further demonstrating their ability to rise to every challenge and exceed expectations.
Looking Ahead to 2025
The Perthshire property market in 2025 is expected to remain resilient, with steady demand for family homes and rural properties. Higher-value homes over £400,000 are likely to see some growth, while interest rates may stabilise, boosting buyer confidence. Sustainable, modern-build, energy-efficient homes will likely attract increased interest, reflecting shifting buyer priorities. Yet again there will be a key emphasis on marketing properties effectively and extensively, pricing them correctly for the current market conditions and estate agents working hard (and together) to do what’s best for their clients.
As we celebrate the successes of 2024, we remain focused on the future and I'm excited about what’s to come in 2025. With ambitious goals, a dedicated team, and a growing client base, we are well-positioned to continue driving the Perthshire property market forward.
